Due to the nature of the products, no returns are accepted,  nor refunds given. 

All orders are shipped out within 4 business days of order (weekends and holidays are not considered business days).  During busy holiday seasons, shipping time may be slightly extended.

First class and parcel post are used unless otherwise noted during checkout, or priority if that option is less expensive.
